Teriyaki Portobello "Burgers" with Napa Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 cups Napa cabbage
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
