Ingredients

- ¼ teaspoon(s) coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- ½ teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
