Texas Barbecue Dry Rub

  • ¼ teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

Combine all of the ingredients. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
