Texas Buttermilk Cornbread

  • 1 1/3 cups buttermilk
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 6 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 2 cups yellow cornmeal
  • unsalted butter
