Ingredients

  • ½-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 ½ pounds flank steak
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce (or more soy sauce)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

    • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
