Thai-Marinated Broiled Flank Steak
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce (or more soy sauce)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 ½ pounds flank steak
- ½-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
