"The Best" Grilled Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 whole trimmed flank steak (about 1 ½ to 2 pounds)

Add all the ingredients, except the flank steak and salt, into a large, zip top freezer bag. Seal and shake to combine. Add the flank steak and reseal the bag, squeezing out most of the air.
