The best sausages with braised lentils & crispy prosciutto


  • 200 g small green or brown lentils
  • bouquet garni
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2-3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • good-quality olive oil
  • 1 kg higher-welfare sausages
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • a few bunches fresh sage leaves
    • 8 slices quality prosciutto
