The House Salad

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 scallion, white part only, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 ½ tablespoons crème fraîche
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 cup large shavings Asiago or Parmesan cheese
    • 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
    • 1 small jicama, peeled and cut into ¼-inch matchsticks (roughly ½ cup)
    • 1 large head butter or bibb lettuce
