The Impossible Cake
Ingredients
- ½ cup(s) biscuit mix
- 2 cup(s) milk
- ¾ cup(s) sugar
- 4 eggs
- ½ stick(s) butter
- 1 ½ teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
- 4 ounce(s) coconut flakes (1 Can)
- + 1 more ingredients

- 1/3 cup(s) chopped pecans
In a blender, combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix,eggs and vanilla. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 min. Pour into greased 9" round or square pan. Let stand at room temp.for 5min. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans. Bake at 350F for 4min cool on wire rack. Yield: 1 cake.
