Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Pedro Ximénez sherry
  • 2 tablespoons mild dark rum, such as Diplomatico
  • 12 tablespoons chocolate or regular stout

In a small, 5-ounce Delmonico glass (the one that holds orange juice at diners), combine rum, sherry, and stout. Serve immediately.
