Three-Cheese Baked Eggs with Roasted Peppers
Ingredients
- 1 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- 3 medium red bell peppers
- 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour

- 1 cup whole-milk ricotta
- ¾ teaspoon baking powder
