Three Fruit Crisp

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup(s) old fashioned oatmeal
  • 5 tablespoon(s) chilled butter, cut into small pieces
  • 3 pound(s) Anjou or Bartlett pears
  • 3 pound(s) peaches
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup(s) granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ tablespoon(s) cornstarch
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 3 teaspoon(s) cinnamon - divided
    • 2/3 cup(s) all purpose flour
    • ½ cup(s) brown sugar
    • ¾ teaspoon(s) salt
    • ¼ cup(s) walnuts coarsely chopped (opt.)
    • 3 pound(s) apples
