Three Mustard Potato Salad

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon(s) brown spicy mustard
• 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
• red onion - finely chopped
• 1 stalk(s) celery - chopped
• ½ can(s) roasted red pepper - finely chopped
• 2 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley - chopped
• salt and pepper to taste

• • 2 pound(s) red potatoes - unpeeled
  • ½ cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon(s) grainy mustard
