Tilapia Tostadas with Roasted Corn Relish

Ingredients

  • 8 (6-inch) corn tortillas
  • 1 cup packaged angel hair slaw
  • 1 ½ pounds tilapia fillets, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/3 cup yellow cornmeal
  • ¼ cup green salsa
  • Cooking spray
  • + 10 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ teaspoons minced seeded jalapeño pepper
    • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • ¾ teaspoon salt, divided
    • 1 tablespoon canola oil, divided
    • 1 cup yellow corn kernels
    • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
    • 1 cup diced peeled avocado
    • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
    • Lime wedges (optional)
    • ½ cup reduced-fat sour cream
