Tilapia with Blue Cheese Sauce
- 1 cup(s) milk, divided
- 3 tablespoon(s) crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon(s) corn starch (substitute flour)
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1 cup(s) dry white wine, water, or a mixture
- 4 tilapia fillets, about 6 oz.
