Toasted Biscuits With Olive Spread


  • 1/8 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 (4 1/2-ounce) can chopped ripe olives, drained
  • 12 (2-inch) biscuits, baked
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Combine cheese, olives, onion, curry powder, and mayonnaise; stir well. Split biscuits; spread cheese mixture evenly over each half, and place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until bubbly. Serve hot.
