Toasted Garlic & Coriander Oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1-½ Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbs. finely chopped garlic (2 large cloves)
