  • 2 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1-½ Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbs. finely chopped garlic (2 large cloves)
