Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil, approximately
  • 6 whole wheat or white pita breads
  • Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. ground sumac
  • 2 tsp. black sesame seeds
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne; more to taste
