Tom Collins II Recipe |


  • 1 jigger (1 ½ ounces) gin
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar syrup
  • Chilled club soda or seltzer
  • Garnish: 1 mint sprig

Preparation In a tall glass filled with ice cubes, pour gin, lemon juice and syrup. Top off drink with club soda, and stir it well. Garnish the drink with the mint.
