Tomato and Corn Pie

Ingredients

• 1 ¾ pounds beefsteak tomatoes

• ¾ stick unsalted butter
• ¾ cup whole milk
• ¹/₃ cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
