Tomato-and-Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- 4 radishes, sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 2 small cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 large tomatoes, quartered
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- + 4 more ingredients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
Whisk together first 5 ingredients in a bowl; add tomatoes and remaining ingredients, tossing to coat.
