  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup molasses (not blackstrap)
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 ½ tablespoons garlic
  • 1 cup onion
  • 4 pounds baby back ribs
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ tablespoons cider vinegar
    • 1 ½ cups ketchup

Put oven rack in lower third of oven and preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 17- by 12- by 1-inch shallow baking pan with foil.
