Ingredients

  • 3 cups cider vinegar
  • 3 onions
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 2 tablespoons fresh gingerroot
  • 3 pounds plum tomatoes
  • ½ teaspoon dried hot red pepper flakes
  • 2 ½ teaspoons salt
