Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon dried hot red pepper flakes
  • 3 pounds plum tomatoes
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 1 ½ teaspoons coriander seeds

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 ½ teaspoons salt
