Tomato Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ teaspoons coriander seeds
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 3 onions
  • 3 cups cider vinegar
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 ½ teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried hot red pepper flakes
