Tomato, Cucumber and Onion Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 small sweet onion
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Basil leaves
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • ½ teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 cucumber—peeled
  • Salt
