Tomato, Goat Cheese, and Onion Tart

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom
  • 6 ounces crumbled goat cheese
  • pie weights or raw rice
  • fresh basil leaves
  • 1 9-inch prepared pie dough (not pie shells)
  • 1 pound plum tomatoes
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 large onion

Preheat oven to 375°F. If necessary, roll out dough on a lightly floured surface into an 11-inch round and fit into tart pan.
