Ingredients
- ½ teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/3 cup firmly packed fresh mint leaves, chopped
