Tomato Pesto Spread


  • 8 500/1000 ounce(s) sun dried tomato pesto
  • 1/3 cup(s) fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/3 cup(s) dried raisins
  • ½ cup(s) pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil (if too dry)

Mix sun dried tomato pesto, dill, raisins and pine nuts. Serve with bread pieces, on baked potatoes, wrap in spinach leaves or mix with pasta.
