Tomato Pie


  • 1 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 Prebaked Deep Dish Pie Shell (9 inch )
  • 4 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 10 fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • ½ cup(s) green onion, chopped
  • 1 cup(s) mozzarella cheese, grated
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 cup(s) Cheddar Cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350. Place the tomatoes in a colander in the sink in 1 layer. Sprinkle with salt and allow to drain for 10 minutes. Layer the tomato slices, basil and onion in pie shell.
