Tomato Potato Sauce


  • 3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
  • 1 baking potato, large, baked
  • 1 tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 4 cornichon, drained and chopped
  • ¼ cup(s) sweet onion, chopped

Remove flesh from baked potato and place in food processor. Add remaining ingredients to food processor. Process until smooth.  Serve warm or chilled.
