Tomato Potato Sauce
- 3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice, fresh
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- 1 baking potato, large, baked
- 1 tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 4 cornichon, drained and chopped
- ¼ cup(s) sweet onion, chopped
Remove flesh from baked potato and place in food processor. Add remaining ingredients to food processor. Process until smooth. Serve warm or chilled.
