Tomato Slices with Blue Cheese and Balsamic Vinegar


  • 2 tablespoon(s) finely chopped green onion
  • 1 ounce(s) crumbled blue cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Lemon & Pepper Seasoning
  • 2 large tomatoes, cut in 8 slices total
  • ½ teaspoon(s) McCormick® Tarragon Leaves
  • 1 ½ tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil

1. Mix oil, vinegar and tarragon in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended. 2. Arrange overlapping slices of tomato on serving platter. Spoon dressing evenly over top. Sprinkle with Seasoning, blue cheese and green onion.
