Tomato, Spinach & Feta Omelet


  • 1 plum Tomato, sliced
  • 4 Large Egglands Best eggs
  • 1 cup(s) baby Spinach, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon(s) dried Oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) feta cheese , crumbled
  • red onion , thinly sliced (optional)
