Tomatoe Pie

Ingredients

• 1 deep dish pie shell (large)
• 3 fresh tomatoes sliced (large)
• 1 sweet onion (large)
• 2 cup(s) Mozzarella cheese grated
• salt and pepper to taste
• ½ cup(s) Mayonnaise
• ½ cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350° Bake pie shell for 10 minutes (remove and place on a cookie sheet) Place sliced tomatoes into shell, salt and pepper thoroughly. Place several sliced of onions over tomatoes.
