  • 2 to 3 dashes hot pepper sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon minced garlic
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • ¼ cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
  • 3 eggs, beaten

    • 2 tomatoes, cut into 3/4-inch-thick slices
