Tomatoes Packed in Their Own Juices
Ingredients
- 10 blemish-free medium basil leaves, washed and dried
- 5 teaspoons kosher salt
- 5 tablespoons bottled lemon juice
- 5 pounds tomatoes, ripe but still firm
