  • 2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, smashed
  • ½ teaspoon ground sage
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
  • 1 pound fresh or frozen meat-filled tortellini
