  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 8-½ oz. (1-¾ cups) all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup plus 2 Tbs. granulated sugar
  • 9-oz. package condensed mincemeat, crumbled
  • ¼ tsp. table salt
  • 6 oz. (¾ cup) unsalted butter, slightly softened
  • 2 large eggs

Heat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease your cookie sheets or cover them with parchment. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
