½ cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
½ cup fat-free milk

- 6 large egg yolks
- 1 (14-ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk

- 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ cup fat-free milk
- 2 tablespoons light rum
- Meringue:
- ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
- ¹/₈ teaspoon salt
- ²/₃ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (about 9 ounces)
- ¼ teaspoon salt

Preheat the oven to 375°. To prepare cake, coat a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray; dust with 1 tablespoon flour. Set aside.
