Trinidad Slaw


  • 1 head Cabbage, Shredded
  • 8 ounces, weight Crushed Pineapple, Reserve The Juice
  • 1 Medium Or Large Diced Apple
  • ½ cups Pecans
  • ¼ cups Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Seasoned Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoons Sugar

Shred a whole small cabbage very fine or slice in your food processor (to make it easier, I would buy a bag already cut up). Drain the crushed pineapple and reserve the juice.
