  • 4 cups whipping cream
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons fresh or dried lavender blossoms

    • 1/3 cup whole almonds, toasted

    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 10 large egg yolks

Butter baking sheet. Stir first 3 ingredients in heavy small saucepan over low heat until sugar dissolves.
