Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup chopped dried apricots
  • ¾ cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • ½ teaspoon baking soda
    • 6 tablespoons chilled stick margarine or butter
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • 2 teaspoons grated orange rind
    • 1/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries (such as Craisins)
    • Cooking spray

Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife.
