Triple-Pepper Steamed Halibut
Ingredients
- ¾ teaspoon salt, divided
- 2 ½ cups (1/2-inch) strips yellow bell pepper (about 2 large)
- 2 ½ cups (1/2-inch) strips orange bell pepper (about 2 large)
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 ½ cups (1/2-inch) strips red bell pepper (about 2 large)
- 1 cup dry white wine
