Triple Strawberry Ice Cream Sundaes

  • 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
  • 4 to 6 Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries
  • ¼ cup toasted sliced almonds
  • Strawberry Whipped Cream or lightly sweetened whipped cream
  • Roasted Strawberries, refrigerated in a covered bowl until cold, about 2 hours

In tall glasses, layer scoops of the ice cream with the roasted strawberries. Top with a dollop of whipped cream, a scattering of almonds, and a chocolate-dipped strawberry. Serve immediately.
