Tropical Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon(s) cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) half and half
  • 1 package(s) shredded coleslaw (large bag)
  • 1 cup(s) mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 1 cup(s) crushed pineapple (drained)
  • ½ cup(s) toasted pecan pieces
  • 3 tablespoon(s) Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon(s) dill seed
    • ¼ teaspoon(s) celery salt
    • ½ cup(s) Hellmanns mayonnaise
    • Salt and pepper to taste

Mix mayo, vinegar, dill, half and half, celery salt, and cream of coconut to make the dressing. Toss with the coleslaw. Add the pineapple and mandarin oranges. Marinate for 2-3 hours. Add the pecans right before serving.
