Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 4 cups (1/2-inch) cubed fresh pineapple
  • 2 cups diced peeled ripe mango (about 2 medium)
  • 1 ½ cups (1/2-inch) sliced banana (about 2 medium)
  • ¾ cup orange sections (about 2 medium)
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut, toasted

Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl, tossing gently to combine. Cover and chill 1 hour. Sprinkle with coconut.
