  • 6 cups chilled ginger ale
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2 cups cranberry juice cocktail
  • 2 cups chilled club soda
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup packed dark brown sugar

In a small pan, bring brown sugar, 1/2 cup water and chopped fresh ginger to a boil, stirring just until sugar dissolves. Reduce to a simmer; cook 5 minutes.
