Truffles (the candy kind)
- 8 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
- 3 cup(s) powdered sugar
- 2 package(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted (12 oz pkg)
- 1 ½ teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- 1 package(s) almond bark, chocolate or white
Mix well the cream cheese, powdered sugar, melted chocolate chips and vanilla. Chill mixture. Roll into small balls. Then dip in melted almond bark. Use a toothpick to dip them, then place on waxed paper. VARIATIONS: You can flavor with almond, rum, etc intead of the vanilla, if you prefer. You...
