Tuna Avocado Sub
Ingredients
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 whole wheat sub rolls
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoon lime juice (juice of 1 lime)
- ½ cup diced tomato
- + 2 more ingredients

- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed
- 1 (6 ounce) chunk light tuna, packed in water, drained and well flaked
