Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon shallot
  • Fine sea salt
  • 8 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons fresh chives
  • 1 pound sushi-grade ahi tuna steaks, cut into 1-inch squares
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 cups watercress sprigs
    • 4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
