Ingredients

  • ½ cup onion
  • ½ cup pimiento-stuffed green olives
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 6-oz can light tuna in olive oil
  • 1 17 1/4-oz package frozen puff pastry sheets
  • 1 2 1/4-inch round cookie cutter

Preheat oven to 400°F. Pour oil from tuna into a medium skillet. Add onion to skillet and cook over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, until softened, 3 to 4 minutes.
