  • 8 (1 x 1/2-inch) strips nori (seaweed)
  • 1 (8-ounce) ahi tuna fillet
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon prepared wasabi
  • 2 cups cooked Sushi Rice

Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle tuna with salt and pepper. Add tuna to pan; cook 1 minute on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
